the former yugoslavia was formed in early 2000 in hendersonville, north carolina as an attempt to combat rural boredom, and by the end of 2004 a fairly large amount of material had been recorded and a fair amount of infamy had been acheived. not bad for a project that mostly existed on the kitchen table of a one-bedroom apartment. 'paper dolls for catholic children' is tfy's second and final album.
